AMINO GmbH, Frellstedt, Germany, and Brazil-based Merck SA Industrias Quimicas, an affiliate of Merck KgaA, Darmstadt, Germany, have entered into an agreement. According to the agreement, Merck will be the distribution partner for AMINO’s range of AMINO Actives products for the nutraceuticals market in Brazil.
